It is so important to get involved in the Presidential Campaign of Fred Thompson.
I spent yesterday on the phone, calling the nice folks in South Carolina before they headed to the primary to vote today. I must tell you I have good feelings about the outcome today!
This morning I headed out in the -15 degree temps - to an executive meeting for the Republican Party of our county. The agenda was getting ready for the upcoming Super Tuesday caucus. It was a good time - hanging out with like minded REAL republicans...
As I have share with you before, researching the candidate, understanding the issues and staying up on what true conservatives are saying - are ways to help you make an educated decision... because when you know what you believe, you are an educated voter.
The media - all of them - have purposely left Fred out of their daily political chat, with the exception of the last word on most Fox News reports, the anchor seemingly throws Fred's name in as one to not forget about - although they seemed to have.
For those of us that are devoted to the process, understand that the campaign begins now, not after the National Conventions. Settling for who is left, is something those like me, would never consider.
Unfortunetly, for our nation, we are not the norm.
The majority of voters, who call themselves Republican, who I suspect are more moderate than anything, rely on the media to tell them what to think, what to believe and who to vote for.
Listen up folks, it is not the main stream news reporter that casts your vote, so why do you depend on them for your information - outside of cold hard facts?
If you are visiting this blog, I assume you are considering Fred Thompson.
Please visit his website - read about his beliefs, his plan. It will inspire you.
