Where did the go?

Have you ever seen a crystal clear lake on a perfectly calm day?

It is an amazingly beautiful sight.

The landscape reflects in the water like a mirror.

Now, imagine a small sailboat in the middle of that lake.

No wind.

That is how I feel right now.

I am sad to see Fred Thompson quit the race.

He is a good, honest man.

He ran a campaign of integrity and honor.

He was the best candidate, but because he refused to play by the made up rules of the media, our country is in danger.

Since when, do we, the people, allow such a biased enterprise to determine the future of our country?

Especially those of us that consider ourselves Conservative Christians?

The only critique I have heard – is he had no fire in the belly, something the media determined is essential to running a country on the brink of nuclear war.

Those of us who really believed in Fred, never got the chance to let him know with our vote.

He gave us hope for a better America.

I guess it is beacause I am a Reaganite - I see the country in Red-White-Blue

Now, the colors have been washed out faded... to pink and green.

Now, we have to look at the options we have left.

It is not pretty.

Me? I am going to pray… I know that God is in control.

Maybe he’ll send a nice refreshing breeze my way, again.

God Bless you Fred and Gerri Thompson and your beautiful family.

When you know what you believe...

It is so important to get involved in the Presidential Campaign of Fred Thompson.

I spent yesterday on the phone, calling the nice folks in South Carolina before they headed to the primary to vote today. I must tell you I have good feelings about the outcome today!

This morning I headed out in the -15 degree temps - to an executive meeting for the Republican Party of our county. The agenda was getting ready for the upcoming Super Tuesday caucus. It was a good time - hanging out with like minded REAL republicans...

As I have share with you before, researching the candidate, understanding the issues and staying up on what true conservatives are saying - are ways to help you make an educated decision... because when you know what you believe, you are an educated voter.

The media - all of them - have purposely left Fred out of their daily political chat, with the exception of the last word on most Fox News reports, the anchor seemingly throws Fred's name in as one to not forget about - although they seemed to have.

For those of us that are devoted to the process, understand that the campaign begins now, not after the National Conventions. Settling for who is left, is something those like me, would never consider.

Unfortunetly, for our nation, we are not the norm.

The majority of voters, who call themselves Republican, who I suspect are more moderate than anything, rely on the media to tell them what to think, what to believe and who to vote for.

Listen up folks, it is not the main stream news reporter that casts your vote, so why do you depend on them for your information - outside of cold hard facts?

If you are visiting this blog, I assume you are considering Fred Thompson.

Please visit his website - read about his beliefs, his plan. It will inspire you.

Inspired and ready to see results...

After watching two nights of republican candidates debating one another... Fred comes out clean.

I am more confident than ever, that supporting Fred Thompson in the race for President 2008 is the right choice.

The RIGHT choice.

Conservative choice.

He is the best person to win against whomever the democrats choose...

Because:

He cares about the future of our nation,
He is committed to leaving the country better for our children's, children.

He will...

Protect us from the enemy.
Protect human life.
Protect the economy.
Protect the sanctity of marriage.

God Bless America!

Solid as a Rock!

Fred T was outstanding in the NH debate, when he wasn't cut mid-sentence by Charlie Gibson. He was the only one whose answers were on point, direct and intelligent. He was funny too!

Other candidates acted like 7th graders trading verbal jabs - that were condescending, except for the ones aimed at Ron Paul. It was blatantly obvious he is not respected amongst his peers.

Rudy followed Fred's lead being strong on defense, espousing the true threat of Islamic terrorists abroad and here in America.

The he set the record straight with Giuliani on what ILLEGAL and AMNESTY means:

We were quite surprised by McCain, as he changed tonight, calling for the border to be closed, for the immigrants to be sent home... hmmmm... seems he is backpeddling big time. Another, 'whatever will get me elected viewpoint'.

I noticed the respect the other candidates have for Fred, their body language, was engaging towards him when he spoke. I get the feeling they like Fred too.

Oh Lord, I pray that you will pour favor upon Fred Thompson, we believe he understands the threat we have here and the role we, as Americans play in keeping Israel safe. Lift the veil from the eyes of those who have been blinded by the banner of "evangelical". Let them see the person you have appointed, the one who will fight to keep this country as you ordained it, free... for the people. by the people. A man who respects our forefathers and all they sacrificed so that we may live in the greatest nation in the world. A man who prays to you, to serve You, to serve his family and to serve his country, in that order.

Amen

See what others are saying!!

Why Home Schoolers should support Fred

Tonight on Foxnews I became annoyed. I do not listen to the other news media... I heard the Huckabee camp claiming that Homeschoolers are their biggest supporters.

Really? Not any home educators that I know. The intelligent ones.

The ones who care about the security of our country. The ones who support Israel. The ones who want our borders secure. The ones who are sick and tired of paying other peoples taxes.

We are Christians and we educate at home. We believe in God, but we look at the world through three lenses. Biblical, Economic and Political. Voting without all three views combined is ignorant and does not represent the Conservative Christian Home Educator.

Bring President of the USA is about more than religious issues, which if you take those away from Huckabee - he becomes a liberal.

Supporting Huckabee... not an option for those who cherish their right to educate at home:

Here is more evidence that Huckabee is not a friend for the homeschooler.

Don't let the Huckster pull the wool over your eyes...

Look to the ONLY true Conservative in the race. Fred Thompson.

Countdown to Iowa!

Fred is stepping out and getting noticed, not with fire in the belly or gimmicks. Fred is being Fred. A man of integrity, substance and honor. Fred is a man who is who he says he is. That is the kind of stability we need as we face the uncertain times that are surely headed our way.

Sean Hannity chatted with him on the phone today, practically gushing over Fred.

Stop by his Hannity's website and vote for Fred -- he is leading by 36% now thats a poll!!

Rush talks about a Reaganistic candidate and his brother wrote this column today:

See what LAWRENCE B. LINDSEY says about Fred - its good!
